    I am not a bill expert. I do own a few. I don't think this is Confederate. I keep trying to blow up the date and it appears to be dated 1802. That would place it some sixty years prior to the civil war.... Reading the document it appears to be a pay voucher for military service. Way cool.... Is the date 1802?
