Came in Today

I always considered myself as a small time coin collector, but today I feel like I am a big timer. This is the first coin I got from the US Mint.

Thanks ya'll, I feel Like???. I have watched the coins on TV, Looked on Ebay, Watch people post nice coins on this forum and hoped I could get one. My husband and I talked about buying good coins. I don't meant to show off to much, But it feels good to get your own coin. Cheryl

Very nice coin, one to be proud of. I think the eagle designs overall were nice looking, but the gold ones really look great.:thumb:

 

Thank ya'll, I found out the real reason my husband wanted me to have it for my own. The last two month I had to face something that worries woman the most. (Breast cancer) I had all the tests and surgery and still had to wait to find out . I am glad to say No cancer. I know alot of ladies, who had the same feares as I. The coins collecting kept me going. Thanks for ya'll help, I know I have been a pain to some of you here. Cheryl

I hope your daughter is OK, I went to church last Sunday and included you and your family in my prayers. I think of children and it hurt to hear about accidents and the problems they have to face. Thank you, I don't think I am strong, but something else might be bigger in life for me. Cheryl

I'm glad to hear the positive news about the possible cancer. Coin collecting can definitaly take your mind off things. It's a great way to relax (exept the back and eye stain thing!!).
