Hey All, this appears to be a 1983 spitting eagle. I also see an error on the outside of the left wing. Any info is appreciated
The spit in the eagle looks more like a stain. I do not see it as raised which would be the case in the real variety. The left wing is raised and that looks like a die chip which is very common.
