    I have bought some utterly amazing coins at ridiculous prices on ebay. It is now next to impossible but still there are bargains to be found. Of the coins above the Diadumenian I think is the best - it is INCREDIBLY rare, maybe 1/8 of the sestertii of Diadumenian were this type as opposed to the one other - in fact I have seen less than 10 overall of this type, and I have searched to put together that number.

    The Elagabalus is clearly #2 - nice coin, wonderful condition Blake

    I too thought that this was to good to be true (the coin sat on Ebay for many weeks before I took a chance), so it was among the first coins I sent to David Sear for certification. This was the final emission of Diadumenianus in bronze and to my knowlege there is a total of 14 known (mine shares dies with the one in the British Museum and at least three others).
