Looks like a normal coin- not even MD. Where do you see a doubled die?

A in states, O in of, M in america. What would you call the date stamp?

Don't see any doubling, but it might be a "floating roof"

Yea, I saw the roof and the initials are almost gone. Is that a small over large date stamp?

The date is not a doubled die. Everything looks to be MD, or a minor dent on the "1' from the 1969 date.

The large over small or small over large (whichever it is, I can't remember) is not on 1969-S, as there was only one date style that year, but on 1960-D.
