All I can say is FINALLY... The 57th Annual South Dakota Coin and Stamp show is coming to town (April 12 and 13) and for those who will be attending this is what I'll be wearing for easy Identification. My wife embroidered a Tee Shirt today which reads:
    BONEDIGGER
    B.C.B.H.D.C

You know, the standard DORK ensemble, jeans and boots as usual after that along with a baseball cap, LOL...

Wish I could go, but I have to work that weekend. I'm only an hour south of Sioux Falls, but I would still have what , a 4 1/2 hour trek west on I-90 still:(.

Gosh, tell me about it. That is one of the main reasons I've never attended one in the past. The travel time from here and all...

I'm not to far from there either...too bad it's the weekend. If it were during the week I'd book a flight and say I was "working" in Rapid City! :)

But I'm just wondering how many points that buck behind you is!

Seven is all, it was a non-typical and just my 2nd buck. It's a small one and the mount came as a gift from my uncle.

I was up that way (Rapid City) last Sept.
    Only for two evenings.
I did manage to find the Firehouse Pub.
    They brew their own beers.
I settled on the Porter (other choices: lager, ale and stout.)

Who will be hosting the show? Civic Center?

OOPS, forgot to add that. Yes, it's hosted by and at the Civic Center. It doesn't mention which room, but I'd imagine it's in LaCroix Hall.

Yes, there are some 'Local Treasures' to be found here and there, I like the 'Hay Camp Light' on a hot day. Even in the antique shops. ;)
