Nickel 194?

Interesting find from nickel roll searches today. Pretty worn but wondering if PMD or possible other error. Really did think backwards 7 at first! Thank you

It's a 1941

 

Can I get a straight on shot of the mint mark?

Does almost look like a "D" peeking behind the "S" doesn't it? L O L

 

No, I’m trying to determine if it is Large S and I can’t from the initial photo.

It's not. The large S has the large triangular serif on the bottom left.

 

It may be a limitation of my phone as I’m trying with the loupe and camera. Sorry. Maybe these but there is enough wear on it unfortunately

It is, I have trouble getting that close to a coin to magnify a mint mark. I remember being very proud of that result.
