Congrats on the checked off bucket list item. Truly satisfying! Wish I could GTG, but I've got zero experience with that one. I am curious though.
Huh. As it turns out, one of my Redbooks is a 1975, too -- odd, I thought I'd just about fallen away from the hobby by then -- and it lists the prices as $250/400/800. My 1965 RB lists it at $70/G, $100/F, $250/Unc. It's apparently appreciated since then more than most other coins. Ah, if only I had a time machine and a shopping basket -- but then again, shopping for almost anything in 1965 with my 2019 salary would have been a treat.
With my luck, I'd have gotten a basket of 1950 D nickels! They were much more expensive than they are now. Of course around that time, I earned $1.25 an hour, so it would have been a very small basket.
Randy, I wanted to offer to store that for you. I don't get the humidity that you get to get to that coin. lol
