1999 new jersey quarter, dye scratch

Here are two different 1999 new jersey quarters that appear to have die scratches.

Where? Die scratches will be raised lines on the coin. If they go below the surface of the coin then they are just scratches.

 

How would these two different coins have the same pattern of wear?

 

Hi Mark, you present your coin as Die scratches and multiple pics but not one of them do you explain what you are talking about. The pics presented look like normal coinage so if you want help please help the community by letting us know what you see.

 

and for future reference the term is DIE scratches just so you know

 

1 picture of each Quarter is suffice.
And as stated it is a Die not Dye. Coins are struck/minted with a Coin Die not printed with dye.

 

Two coins? Six obverse photos and eight reverse photos. I don't know which is which. What I do know is that I don't see anything that would resemble a die scratch.
