Ohhh, that poor thing! Looks like he got stuck on the bottom of someone's shoe and slid around a parking lot for a day! OTOH, any time you find free silver, it's a good day!!!
Nice find! It would still be worth melt value, even if in better condition. There were millions of Roosevelts minted.
