Sorry this is happening, Magman. You know, I've always considered myself a smart person, but then I see stuff like this happening and I have to wonder how smart I am. I'm just not smart enough to manipulate things for my benefit like this guy has. I mean, this guy is obviously an idiot that misrepresents himself on eBay. He is also a shady seller. What's infuriating is that a) even as stupid and wrong as he is he's won the battle and b) sitting here knowing he's wrong and stupid I can't think of a way to beat him.

I guess my point is that it's disheartening that the system is made for loudmouth buffoons that know how to manipulate it. It's almost impossible for an honest person to survive places like eBay.

Keep an eye out on your feedback. I wouldn't put it past hom to neg you at the last possible moment so that you can't respond.
