1994-D Washington Quarter

    The surface looks really strange to me, particularly on the reverse. Not sure if I’m seeing other things stamped into the coin or just PMD and my brain is recognizing false patterns... let me know what you think!

    looks like it sat on the sidewalk for a while. it is definitely post mint damage.
