    Yes it is clearly damaged. You can see how the metal was moved.

    There's really no way for that to happen during the minting process.
    Without that hole it's about a dollar. With the hole, 10 cents.
    Many people will say face value, (.01 cent) but it's still a 1913 even
    if there is some damage.
