Condition is extremely important. This coin shows corrosion and environmental damage, and someone probably tried to clean it up, notice the edges of the rims are a shiny color. Most common wheat backs are worth 2-3 cents. If this coin was not destroyed it would be worth around a dollar. In it's current state the maximum is 5 cents as it is a damaged 1919-D.
