I disagree especially with regards to those in NGC plastic. Almost anything with a triple digit value has dropped.
The only Jeffersons with triple digit values are registry quality coins, usually with full steps. The 50-D has seen a significant decline, and the type coins like the 40-D 5FS and 41-D 5FS have dropped a little as well, but the coin in question is a 1960-P MS66*. I don’t remember what the price guide was when I bought it but I would be very surprised if it eclipsed $50.

Here is an interesting example. I sold this Morgan on eBay in December 2018. The seller "improved" (could say enhanced a bit) the photos and resold it April 2019. What did I sell it for and what did the next seller get (also on eBay)? Guide is $60-$80 Again we'll have two winners (my sell price and his sell price). My photo: Other seller's photos:
The top one (under “my photo”) was what I used to sell the coin (along with a reverse photo that I didn’t include here as it was just a plain untoned reverse). The next three photos are from the person who resold it (I didn’t use any enhanced photos)
For the record, my higher number is the enhanced photos. I didn’t understand that the enhanced photos sold second
Sale #1: $395.99 Sale #2: $775.00 (From the nicks on the face, neck, and fields, the color seems to have bumped the grade +1)
My sell price was $975 and the other guy sold it for $2,199. Sometimes a photo makes a huge difference. I'm no fan of enhancing photos, but it works for some. I'll interpret @KSorbo the same way as @Lehigh96 ....so @thomas mozzillo and @Lehigh96 each win for my price while @KSorbo was closest to the other seller's price.
