I hope you realize it's not the food, its your digestive tract. You can't fully digest it, as you lack certain digestive enzymes so the nutrients pass down to the bacteria in your intestines and they love it and they pass the breakdown gases out of you. A colonic or a supply of Beano (tm) would be a perfect gift to you before the big meal that the whole family could enjoy. Jim
