Are these pennies bu and how can I tell if a penny is bu in the future? Also what’s the value for this? $1?

Hard to tell from your picture and we also need to see the reverse.

Based on what I can see, they are all common and worth one cent each.

The 63 maybe. The other 2 I don't think so.

The mint produces billions of pennies every year. A common BU Lincoln cent is not worth much more than face value unless you get into the wheat cents and the different mints.

In the 60’s, collecting rolls of recently minted coins was all the rage and many uncirculated rolls were saved. Even today, you can buy unc rolls of most dates for less than you would pay for a cup of Starbucks Coffee or McDonalds Value Meal. Cool finds to put in a folder, but generally, they aren’t really valuable.
