Is this ink smear noteworthy?

2017 $1 with ink smears at the top center. Seal is also slightly misaligned but not enough to matter. Are these ink smears noteworthy, or is this a spender? Note is uncirculated.

Not really seeing any ink smear.
Which is usually a nice sized blotch of green or black ink.
Maybe show the entire bill in full size. I can't see all of it.

Perhaps I should have said “ink smudges”. If you look above “Federal Reserve Note” at the very top center you will see 6 smudges of ink. Let me attempt to get some better photos up.

No big deal. Not remarkable and not real common, but seen on notes from time to time.

    This is a solvent smear.
