I have a 2000 state coin and not sure if it’s just in bad shape or is it’s cud marks on it.

    I vote for I can’t tell by your pictures because you’re holding it.

    Please, put it on a piece of white paper and take a nice clear photo of both sides. Thank you

    Welcome to CT! Agree with others that the quarter has Post Mint Damage (PMD). A spender.
