2013 20 dollar bill with what looks like a piece of a security strip in the center of jacksons face?

Is this a normal occurance it is what looks to be a piece of a security strip in the center of jacksons face

Is the note backlit ?

 

Yes i just took another picture in hopes you could see it but it glows the same green yellow as the security strip

 

I believe it’s a random, stray mark. The security strip is embedded in the paper before any printing starts.

 

I don't think it is out of the realm of possibility that a tiny fragment of the security strip got imbedded in this area of the note. Is it worth anything or would anyone keep it? I don't know.
