Today's new pickup is this 1934-C $10 Kansas City star. Always liked the back of the $10, the engraving of the Treasury building and the huge plaza around there, and in the front, one of them new fangled driving machines...

Never anything wrong with a note obtained at face value...

Well, another day, another new pickup to post, and another start note... this time a 34A from New York. Collect them all! That's my motto...

Got a few mice things in the mail yesterday. First pair are ones I've been trying to buy for a while. Added these to the collection:

New day, new posts. Still working on the Worc. Cty. Nationals. Did manage to pick up two more that I needed. I wish the condition was reversed, but the Webster is scarce, so che sera, sera...:

Also was early in the auction, and couldn't resist these 3 colonials. Two rats and a Swan. I especially like the first line of the reverse. "To Counterfeiter is Death".

Nice find... My first was a $20.00 & 3 weeks later picked up a single. Just found out about "web notes" which has me looking again, and again, and again lol

Today's new pickup is a bit of an upgrade for me, a note of a great design, this 1920 Ten Dinara note from Yugoslavia. The engraving of the Wheel of Progress is just fantastic, never get tired of it. Always amazed at the skill of engravers...

Today's new pickup is one early in dabbling in nationals, and it is picking up steam and about to go critical... this former wallet piece from the very common Chase bank in New York. These are everywhere - everywhere. But I got it cheap and it satisfied that need to acquire... for about five minutes. This is the kind you can keep with you and not really worry about the condition...
