1963 ddo fs-103 possibly?

    I know there is a Is a Denver minted 63 penny that has a 3 over a 3 this coin has that but the rest of coin seems to be doubled also

    There is no need to repost the same coin twice! You were told that the coin has machine doubling in your first thread it isn't going to change in this one.

    I do not see 3 over 3 on your coin.
    I do see some corrosion ?? though in the 3. But the 3/3 clarity variance was a an indicator of early and late die state.
    I do have to say though, there is something there with your 9 and 6, but the images are too blurry. And Mechanical Doubling can be a finicky thing like this and of course the DD was for the Denver minted cent, not Philadelphia.

    But I'd go with the concensus and you can always send it in for attribution though to PCGS, ANACS, NGC, ICG, etc

    your lighting is too reflective and bright in all the wrong places too.
