American travellers coming to Edmonton for K-days or other summer fun... Canadian hospitality in exchange for a box of Lincolns. I know, I know, wrong forum, lol. Maybe it’s because Canada doesn’t mint the 1 cent anymore that I feel so “desperate” for them?! Sure I could buy mint rolls for 20$ and 40$ shipping... if I were Trump! 50 UNC anything would be fine if I were a dealer but I’m not. I’m certain I’ll get around to selling a piece here and there but, I’m a collector first and foremost and the hunt is almost the most thrilling part in this whole experience! The thing is, I can still get all the other denominations CRHing our bank rolls here, it’s just takes a whole whack of time and patience. I’ve only ever had two rolls of Lincolns to search and now I got flu like symptoms that only more rolls will cure! Please help this poor fellow out, lol! Peace... hey... it’s friday! Good luck! I am too far away to be in Edmonton for K days. Seems though that you should find your way down to the US for a coin show or summer event.
If I could make it through the border I might... since Mork and Mindy I’ve always wanted to see Colorado, I love the mountains! An impaired driving conviction when I was 18, eons ago, prohibits that. You should have seen the hassle I got just passing through on the Greyhound on my way to Toronto.
I was just thinking that I might get up to Toronto so I checked out where Edmonton is. Not close enough! I will concur that Canadian hospitality is ranks right up there with the best of them! Good luck in your search.
Not this weekend. It's street rod weekend in York, PA. The 46th annual event. Saw some nice ones out today.
I always wanted to visit Alberta and Lake Louise. My wife and my father mentioned it was one of the most beautiful places to be.
