Thats a pretty nice starter set. If I hadn't just bought a car...I might be thinking about bidding.

"If someone wants to buy it before your bid is heard it would be a shame because I will end it and sell it without even knowing about you."

    Isn't that against eBay's rules?

no, it is not against the rules to have it sold outside of ebay before a bid was placed.

say the seller has a shop, where it is also for sale. if it sells their prior to a bid being placed, then he can cancel the auction.

The more I see these bank notes in circulated condition, the more I appreicate and love circulated coins and bills. They have more character than UNC specimens. I look through my cent collection and admire all the various toning and the only reason why I buy proofs is to fill the empty slots in my album. Long live circulated coins and currency!

I first noticed this seller due to his BULK $500 and $1000 bills auctions. (Yes you read that right, BULK).

Only one problem. I have bought a few things from Anthonys coin and they tend to NOT MENTION a lot of importanted details. Infact I dropped 13,000 on something they where selling to find out that more then half the coins are cleaned and a few BENT. Needless to say I paid my money order and I couldnt do a hole lot about it. Thankfully on my behalf it was all GOLD so I know in the long run I will be able to make my money back. Just thought I would mention that about that seller. They can not be trusted to well.

You know, all you need is some cardboard and vice for those Bent coins.

Ah yes.. lol I know ,, but i dont like to play Dr plus the bends are so minor that I would more then likly make it worse. Also the bends look more like something some one did back in the 1860's to conferm that they were gold.

You know what was sarcasm, right?? Personally, I wouldn't attempt to fix them. I also would just end up making them worse.

GATZDON :I thought it was. lol But I wasnt 100% sure.

Speaking of sarcasm. I should have saved the email I sent to Anthony's. You all would have gotten kick out of it. Speaking of that, I almost forgot to mention. I remeber it took 3 weeks to get the coins and they never once replyed to a single of my 4 emails I sent them. I did however talk to some one there on the phone and they told me (READY FOR THIS). Sorry but we can not accept your return for these items as it have been longer then 4 weeks from payment. Lets see. 3 weeks for it to get to me in the mail and 1 week of emails. Then they tell me this. Like I said, At least I didnt compleaty loss my shirt as the coins are now after 3 years worth what I paid for them, THANKFULLY. However they did loss me as a buyer at a time when i made some real big money to sink into coins. At the time I was ready to sink 50,000 into Gold and silver bullion coins as I had a feelign then that gold and silver would be making great gains in the near future from that point as I been proven correct on at this point.

But again I must SAY THIS CLEARLY BE VERY CAREFULL WHEN dealling with them. On that note. Thank goodness it wasnt worse.
