looks like it was cut or printed just a little off center. It is the bottom dollar in the first picture and the top dollar in the second picture
offsets like that are quite common. an true error in this aspect would be one that is missing a portion of the design or even better a not that has part from 2 different notes with the outer border inthe middle what u have there is a star note .. very cool.. and a normal note. the star note would carry the higher premium but only because it is a star.
I figured the off sets happened quite a bit. I just never came accross one that caught my eye that easily. I put the star note in there to compare the borders. I 've had that one for a while. I was actually wondering if I would get some commetnts on that. Thanks for looking at them
