Just ppl trying to take advantage of other people for things of little or no value. But there are real Doubled Die 1969 S cents but those are very identifiable of which your looks *nothing* like. You have a regular 1969 S cent. If you are searching through pocket change due to some YouTube video or website you have to remember that millions of people before you have done the same thing. The odds are better wining the lottery 3 straight times than finding a super rare coin in regular pocket change; albeit it can be done.
