1909 vdb penny

Hey there coin Community this is JB here you have my first find of the 1909- VDB very nice uncirculated condition red wondering for the community out there what you think of it? And what do you think the value is after being graded

The title of your thread is correct. It is a 1909 VDB.
In your post you mention "S". It is not an S. As for
grading I doubt this is a red coin. And grading would cost
more than the coin is worth. If this coin has not been cleaned
it's possibly worth $15 retail.

 

It isn't uncirculated. Looks more like VF30 plus/minus. The retail value @Michael K posted seems to be reasonable.

Yes. The high spots on the observe show indications of cleaning.
I said uncleaned, $15 retail.

If you want to see the value of your coins increase, there needs to be a whole lot more collectors to begin collecting coins! All us older collectors are die-ing off. Many of us don't even know how to spell anymore
