    IMO they're what other members on Coin Talk call dryer coins.

    No, dryer coins means they’ve been beat up and damaged in a dryer after being minted. Not an error. Spend them before they rot.

    Both of them!

    You can keep and start any album you want.
    Every coin collector categorize coins any way they want.. I have a DEFDAM album. Just never lie to anyone and tell them the coins are mint errors!
