Copper Dime?

    Hello, I do not know much about coins but found this dime that is copper on both sides, could someone let me know if this coin is rare or just a result of wear?

    Not wear, but corrosion (environmental damage). It's still worth ten cents if the self-checkout will accept it. :)

    Welcome to Coin Talk. If you could post clear, larger photos of the coin you will probably get more replies. When you post photos, it's better to have a dark background, crop the photo, and don't hit the thumbnail photo button.

    No need for more pictures. Environmental Damage is totally correct :yack:
