    I don't see any doubled die doubling.

    The reverse looks like some mechanical doubling (MD) on the N in CENT. There may be some Die Deterioration Doubling on IGWT but it's hard to tell from your pics. Both of these types of doubling are not considered mint errors.

    Not a major error and/or considered as none by many. Could be put in something as as a minor but still, could be, maybe not, should be, but probably ain't......bottom line, if it's this confusing, toss it in the piggy bank. Sorry.
