Absolutely 100% fake. It has no reverse ;)

Definitely not real and not gold. I'm not even sure if its silver. A real example would be worth tens of thousands of dollars according to NGC and PCGS.

Can you post clear photos of both sides of the coin?

Doesn’t look like pewter. It looks like it’s either copper or copper plated

Baldwin & Co. did make a gold piece that your coin looks like. However, I no nothing about them but your photo of the obverse makes it look like it's not gold. Have some dealers check it out or bring it to a jeweler to have it tested for it's metallic content

Not with those photos. Take clear ones and crop to full size. Do not use the thumbnail but rather go full size.

Welcome to Coin Talk. You should start your own thread about the 1845 Seated Liberty dollar. Post larger, clearer, photos of both sides of the coin. Use a dark background when taking the photos. Crop the photos and click large and not thumbnail. Starting your own new thread will get you more replies. I realize you're new to Coin Talk. The 2nd set of photos are too bright to see any details. Good luck.

It looks to me like both sets of photos show the denticles fading in and out as you go around the rim of the coin. That's a dead giveaway for a fake.
