Never seen this?!!?

    so I’ve just stumbled across a 1974 s Penny. Not in the best shape but anyways... as I flipped it over to check the “back” of the coin out, you can clearly see that it looks like its
    “re-stampeded” with Lincoln’s face?! Now I’m new to the whole coin hunting and I’m very curious about this!! Is this something that is commonly found thruout coins? I’ve circled the part in question and apologize for I’ve not gotten the lingo down at all. Any information would be awesome.

    Sorry but I don't see any restamping the only thing I see on the reverse is damage from a coin rolling machine. But I'm no expert just giving my opinion.
