I'm sure the USPS enjoys these pictures ... do you need some big "brown" boxes for the floor ... I'm about to throw some out (from shipping guitars so they're pretty big)
I don't want to hear you complain about the USPS losing or misdirecting any of your packages.......EVER! Chris
I think this thread sets the record for getting the farthest off-topic in the shortest amount of time
How many pages do you think will be posted before the OP even responds to the request for photos? Chris
Well if it is an 82-D copper it is a large date. If it is an 82 small date Philly copper, this is thread number 74 this year on the same valueless subject from the seventh layer of numismatic hell.
LOL @ that. To me, ALL 1982 cent variety topics are direct from Hell. Seven levels of Hell, seven varieties of 1982 Lincoln Memorial cents. Coincidence? I think not. PS- nice thread salvage, though, y'all. Brought it back on topic.
It is easy to forget sometimes that we already understand how to tell the difference. Most new collectors don't know how to tell the difference because they have not looked at enough coins to make a decision for themselves. It isn't easy to always promote someone's eagerness and help them with the passion we love. Here is a few plating blisters for ya. 82 Large Date Philly.
I'm not a new collector, and I can't tell the difference, because I never cared enough to learn. But that's enough about that. I shall shut up and leave the room now.
Oh. That's right. I wouldn't want to miss the chance to see another 1982 Lincoln cent. <sits back down> <waits> <waits some more> <drums fingers on table> <waits some more> <shuffles feet, cracks knuckles> <waits some more> <stares out window at squirrels in tree> <falls asl- *thud*
