In 1960 the US Mint made a Lincoln cent with a large date hubbed over a small date and a small date hubbed over a large date. While IMO you don't have either one, it doesn't hurt to check it out on the site I listed above.
In 1960 all of the class 3 DDO ( 2 small over large and 1 large over small ) from Phila. were proofs. There was 1 from Denver ( sm/large date) that was Business strike. It was also a RPM .These are my special ones. But I agree , it is always good to look over all listings, education keeps going! Jim
