    Sorry, but the glare from the plastic makes it hard to tell what you have. The photos are also blurry. Can you pull it from the plastic? It most certainly contains PVC, which will damage your cent.

    I would remove it from the plastic/holder and take a clear pic of the raw coin. It may be that the extra 7 is just an indentation in the plastic/holder. If not, you may have something cool. TC
