The toning gives it an interesting look.

The very first coin I ever bought was a proof Franklin Half I've always loved the design....this one is an MS65+

I voted MS65+ because the gentleman above seems to be sure. I can say it's a very attractive coin in my book.

66+ based on how these seem to be graded.
I'm inferring that the luster is strong on this one, but the color (at least to me) is a neutral (if not a slight minus).

I see it's got the 1960 P silver linear features on the obverse.

Normally PCGS does not look favorably on dark toning, but that is only if the entire coin is darkly toned, which this is not, so I'd say the toning doesn't affect the coin one way or another. The obverse is technically good enough for a PCGS 66. The reverse could, or could not, go 66 at PCGS. Being conservative I'll say MS65+.

I went 66. Only a couple scattered ticks is my reasoning.

    Jolly good old fellow.........:)

No full bell lines, but that's like 'Pain'..........take enough Meds and ya don't feel a thing.
