Swedish 50 ore 1973 broadstruck - and more?

My first thought was that this was an uncentered broadstruck. At a closer look it looks like at least two sets of design elements close to the rim. Not one as from one strike.
It also looks like it has a clip, but it's only half way through, so it could be damage.

Is it struck more than once? If not, what is it?
    Opinions?

No, it is broadstruck. The diameter is bigger than a normal coin. I forgot to mention that.

For reference. This is how the rim is supposed to look.

Looking closer at the rim it looks like it has been struck 3 or 4 times...
Shouldn't that be visible in more places?

    Any thoughts?
