Anybody in U.S. Medals?

    Nice William Henry Harrison medalet, Idhair. ;)

    This one was struck over an 1838 large cent which shoots a hole in the idea that these pieces were only made for William Henry Harrison's 1836 presidential run. He was elected president in 1840.

    Pilgrim Tercentenary, 1920, Rulau E75, 70mm, Alum.

    G. L. Turner, Sc (Reed & Barton) AU, a few very minor edge marks. Obv. w/Pilgrim landing scene at Plymouth. Rev. depicts the Mayflower in stormy seas.
    THE MAYFLOWER/ IN/ WHOSE

    CABIN WAS SIGNED/ THE COMPACT IN/ CAPE COD HARBOR/ 21 NOV. 1620.

    Rulau states, "Plain Edge" but this example carries the edgemark, "REED & BARTON".
