Does your coin have a die crack or chip between the 1 & 9 ?

 

I'm not seeing a DD but I do see something between the 1 and 9 in the date.

Your photo gets blurry when I try to enlarge but it appears to be a die chip.

 

Yea I dont no what's going on with my phone camera it's been acting up for several days now I cant seem to figure out how to get the blurriness out of my camera

 

Try taking a photo from about 6" away with a steady hand. Then crop the photo to enlarge and reduce the background.

Also try setting phone on a steady rest like a box or some books. Mine work well with a 2x2 box and one slab under it.
