    Imho,It looks like pmd.
    when the mint punched the mint mark. Did it rip a whole larger than the mint mark instead?

    (Pmd)-post mint damage. Occurs after it left the mint.

    Imho,I don’t believe the mint Mark would be even remotely struck up that high and leave an indentation like that.
