...only this time I was naked, lol, actually I had a towel. Running home and down the back alley, there were Morgans and Franklins on the ground and I scooped them up.

So yeah, the dream is getting weirder but, I decided to go to the bank this morning.
I picked up 5 rolls of nickels from two different banks and had asked if they had any American rolls. The one teller dug through her drawer but didn’t find any loose but she brought me 5 customer wrapped rolls and one had a Jefferson ender.

10 rolls later, this was a good day, the last 20$, i only found one. 14 Jeffersons were found, 1968 S being the oldest.
Of course there were some Beavers to save, one of which had a Bugtail! Woohoo!

So you had a towel. But was it around you and how many Morgans and Franklins did you scoop up, considering you had no pockets to put any in?

    Weird dream!

Question for anyone...why are you saving post 1960 Jefferson nickels?

Really? I get them every day in my change. They’re worth 5 cents??

Yeah, most are. But people don't just collect modern nickels from change because they are only worth a nickel. Assembling a date and mint set from change can be fun. Maybe you should try doing that. Even more fun is trying to do that for Unc nickels.

I love the hunt. As a Canadian, I don’t see much American in circulation. The, “one of everything regardless of condition” collection has aways to go for the American portion anyways. The, “showcase collection” is wee... I’ve only been collecting 2-3 months.

Yeah, my private parts were covered. As I recall, the pieces were in flips, a small pile of 20 or so and I just scooped them up into my hands and arms.

If that’s what your into I get it. Was just wondering why someone would keep nickels from the 80’s through current that they found in circulation. Thought I may be missing some
Value! I like to collect 90% and anything from early 1900’s and older. Not into putting modern sets together.

Being from Canada explains it. Good luck with your hunt!

Is it often tellers get "American Rolls"? That is super cool if they do. I've never asked for any Canadian rolls, but I doubt they'd have any since I'm not on the border. Do Canadians not mix American coins with the Canadian coins they roll?

I received two mint rolls of 2005 D from one of my buying banks and I was flabbergasted! No spears on the bisons unfortunately. I’m aways away from our border myself, I just happened to ask them today and they checked but no such luck. We mix our coins yes, it’s just when I ask for 50 cent pieces, it’s like none have ever heard of them before

Today, I asked again for American at my bank. They sold me the quarters from their tray and gave me a customer wrapped roll of nickels... I was hoping a variety of Jefferson’s was gonna appear but alas... I now have 40 2005 P’s to go along with my 80 2005 D’s... oh well, I will keep what’s good, which unfortunately ain’t much. I think I saved only 10 out of the D’s.

Friday night, I dreamed that I found a Proof Kennedy in the poker kitty.

I remember that it was NOT Silver. It was the 'Frosted' type Proof.

We only do quarters in kitty. Don't know how a Kennedy got into dream???

    I HAVE gotten a 2014 Proof .25, and a nice '64 .25, in last 4 yrs weekend poker.......
