Is this machine doubling?

Looks more to these old eyes like two letters took hits to them.

I think it's Deteriorated die doubling, not quite as sharp as MD. I keep the most extreme examples... at least until I find something better

Damaged, the bottom of the B and E are flattened from taking a hit.
