I am thinking its just a damaged 1934 BUT it looks a Raised U and the L in Liberty looks doubled as well its weird.
I wanted a second or 3 opinion's

 

In my opinion, they just look like nicks and dents on a coin that's been in circulation for 80 years.

 

My answer is 100% damage. Copper/bronze is very easily moved around when hit a certain way.

 

Everything you see on the Cent as 'different'
or a possible error is all damage to the coin.

The close up of the damage at the bottom shows the imprint of another penny, but likely not done in the mint.

I posted a quarter with similar damage, and the name applied was "sandwich coin".
