Your first photo looks like the coin has been gold plated and has circulation wear. Which means it is a novelty coin with no numismatic value.
You'll be able to sell it, but not for enough to cover the cost of grading. Might have been cleaned as well. They take on that kind of hue due to a chemical reaction, both atmospheric and chemical.
