    Sigh.

1967 Half Dollars Kennedy 40% silver Lightly Toned-Toning

After looking over his LONG list of neon-roasted victims, all I can say is "don't put any more coins in that boiler room"...

I do not think that they would tone like that under the stated conditioned, Does he mean cedar boxes ? Soaking them in cider could change them over time I guess. Dumb Vegan.

    Yah, and he sez
"Nobody, including Qualified Graders from the Proficient Grading Co. can with cast-iron certainty Testified if a coin is Artificially Toned or Naturally Toned."

What is this mongrel company he's mentioning and his brain is not firing on all cylinders if he thinks (or wants people to believe) that AT and NT cannot be differentiated.

I certainly don't think all AT coins can be detected. I've seen too many slabbed coins that appear to be AT to me.

Well, certainly there may be some AT jobs that are quite good on some coins, and there are a lot of coins that have NT'd with great help from people, but there are AT colors you just don't get on NT coins as well as coverage issues in the way/quickness of AT toning that is different from the laydown of color at depths of the coin device and lettering levels for NT.

What I took away from his statement is a presumed assumption (perhaps) that AT and NT are basically undifferentiatable and any top tpg is may simply be guessing. I guess I could be unfairly prejudiced to that idea based on the type of stuff he's offering.

I agree. You couldn't pay me to take one of his coins off his hands.

The “Proficient Grading Company” is a scam. I’ve informed eBay.
