    Agreed. I work in retail and we can take mutilated bills only if both serial numbers are present AND they match. If not they get rejected at the bank.

    This note is free because the 4 notes that was cut from still have 3/4 remaining and could be replaced from the government.Or am I missing something?

    Ok I am wrong I told my wife what a genius I was for saying It was free when she said only if the person payed face value for the sheet.I have shamed myself.

    To add to the Ebay deception, I have seen bills cut from sheets to make them "look" off center bills but the front and back are equally off center making them fakes of off center bills, buyer beware

    the thing with these fake errors that not many is that you can check the serial numbers of uncut sheets here http://www.uspapermoney.info/general/uncut.html to verify fakes..
