Another question about doubling

    The o and the d in God look like doubling to me. Am I wrong again?

    Welcome to ct!
    Imho, if you look at the rim. It seems to be Mad with die deterioration. I’m sure the experts would like to see the whole coin both sides please. Thank you

    Looks flat and shelf like and that would be MD or mechanical doubling which is common. Photos of the entire coin, both sides, may prove otherwise.

    I don’t know if these will help. I couldn’t get a picture of the whole side at once, so I took 2 of each side.
