1993 D Penny silver outline in mint, date, bust etc.. why? Any help?

    1993 D Penny silver outline in mint, date, bust etc.. why? Any help? It's also on the Rev of building.. I have two of these actually.

    its split plating, the plating is so thin it stretches at some devices when struck revealing the inner zinc (silver color) core...not an error, worth 1 cent

    I agree.. Split plating. Nothing major.
