What's going on with the L in LIBERTY?
Are those die cracks running from the rim over to IN and GOD? and maybe a little bit of a chip between the words IN and WE?

    Really a nice coin.

It happens. I've found proofs in circulation two or three times. Fun find.

No those are just streaks on the plastic as the coin is in a holder!

Remember its coin week. I found a BU 1969-D cent yesterday.
I think it quite out of the ordinary.

My best was an S Kennedy. Cant recall the year, but after they started making them in proofs only.
It was pretty beat up, although no discernible wear. Probably Proof 60. But I couldnt help notice, even beat up as it was, it still jumped out at you among the other halves. And Kennnedy halves dont circulate much as coins go.

Don't know about the L/LIBERTY, but the lines appear to be scratches on the holder, there's another one by the nose...Impaired proof now...but still a great find! Way to go!...Spark
