I think 64 pl. fields are nice and the cheek may be better or worse in hand hard to call it’s also a cc so solid 64. An 80-s it’s a 63

Okay, I will say 63PL. So many people who have as much experience with Morgans as doI seem to think so, and I respect their opinions a lot. Will stick to 63, because of the cheek contact, which would lower grade. The reverse is a 65.

64PL for me. The fields look pretty clean. The marks on the cheek are frost-disturbing scuffs, and not bad hits.

I'm going to agree with others and call it a 63PL. I think the big mark on the face will downgrade it. Otherwise, could be a nice 64. The reverse is a 65 or 66 all day.

Sorry I missed this post when it first came out. I've seen 64PL with many more bag marks and scratches in the fields than this one... surprisingly many marks, as they seem to permit more in the field than on non PL coins. I see one real mark in the left field of the obverse, the bag marks on her face and neck, a tad of wear over the ear and can't remember anything notable on the reverse, so I'm going MS65 PL or above. Not DMPL for the reverse. Very nice coin.
Edit: just saw the little videos of the coin. Definitely PL, I'd have no problem plunking down 64 PL money for it. To expect any higher grade, I'd have to seek advice.

    I haven't seen a 62+, so I will guess 63. Not enough reflectivity to P/L.

I think the OP is long gone, but did you not look at the link he posted with the gifs? If so how can you say its not PL?

Lol. This is one funny Suomi! Love to see your non PLs. Really hard to believe they could be more mirrored than this one and not get DMPL.

Different kind of Finn. I will take some pics. A few nice S's, an O and a CC.

You're a million percent sure you looked at the video right? Not the picture in the post but the video linked in his first comment?!

Why wouldn't you watch the videos? Lol How were you so confident in your opinion without looking at all the evidence.

If this is such a slam dunk, then why does the question have to be asked? It looks mirrored, so send it in. Looks like a popularity contest with insecure contestants.

The vids changed my mind completely. I'd definitely send it in.

The question has to be asked because the person that originally posted this was sent here from a different website because they know nothing about coins and wanted expert opinions. I don't understand why you're so offended by this post. I'm just saying you should use all your resources for grading a coin before being so sure of your opinion.
